New courses!

Breathworks Mindfulness for Stress and Mindfulness for Health courses are run throughout the year for individuals and couples (come with a partner or friend). Please contact me if this is of interest and we can arrange the timing of sessions to suit you.

If you would prefer to learn in a group setting please contact me for information about the next group course. Ready established groups are particularly welcome.
